Several companies belonging to the Association of Importers and Exporters of Albacete (ADIEX) have been present at various fairs in recent days, showing their products and services to visitors to these fairs.
The city of Barcelona hosted a new edition of Food, the leading food, beverage and gastronomy fair in Spain and in the Mediterranean arc, an international benchmark for the sector.
ADIEX members passed through Alimentaria such as Goyval Vinegars SL, a company located in Madrigueras specializing in balsamic and organic vinegars; El Conchel Original Food SA, dedicated to the preparation of sausages maintaining the traditional manufacture of its products, preserving its original flavor generation after generation; Antonio Sotos SL, fourth generation of a family business dedicated to the commercialization of saffron for more than 100 years; either Vega Sotuélamos SL Cheeses, a company specialized in the manufacture of Manchego cheese through traditional production methods.
4.500 exhibiting companies from 70 countries have participated in this edition of Alimentaria, with nearly 150.000 registered visitors, 30% international, which has generated an estimated economic impact of around 200 million euros. Data that undoubtedly reflects the strength of this food, beverage and gastronomy fair.
Trujillo National Cheese Fair
In the XXXIII Edition of the Trujillo National Cheese Fair another of the companies belonging to ADIEX was present, Perinox SA, a company dedicated to the design, advice, marketing and maintenance of machinery and equipment for the food industry in general and the dairy industry in particular, specialists in the cheese market within the dairy sector.
Perinox SA was present at this fair, an event that is held in the Plaza Mayor of Trujillo (Extremadura), where tents are set up with stands inside that are occupied by cheesemakers who offer tastings of their cheeses to the public.
