IN-FEDA was a success in 2019 and is already preparing a new edition

There were four conferences of impact in matters of innovation, internationalization and digitization

The Confederation of Businessmen of Albacete, FEDA, is already preparing a new edition of the INFEDA program, a training program that was already carried out in 2019 with great success, under the Technical Direction of our Association of Importers and Exporters of Albacete (ADIEX), integrated into the Confederation.

The INFEDA program is a training commitment of FEDA with conferences, conferences and/or impact workshops in matters of innovation, internationalization and digitization. These talks had the support of the Enterprise Europe Network and the collaboration of the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX), CECAM CEOE-CEPYME, BBVA, Globalcaja, Liberbank and Caixabank.

'Innovation & Export seen from different angles' It was the first of the impact conferences, with Mike Mösch as speaker, founder of the IACI-German Institute for International Trade. In this talk, the direct relationship between innovation as a tool for strengthening and opening foreign markets was established. Mösch, who was visiting Albacete for the first time, addressed all types of innovation: innovation in logistics, in business approach, in the organizational model, in product... all with useful examples adapted to the reality of our companies. The result of the first impact conference was 30 attendees and a score of 9'46 out of 10.

The second INFEDA conference was entitled 'Internationalization is everything: growth models', with José Antonio Martínez Rubio. A session in which the benefit of applying a scaling method was explained, with examples, necessary in any company that wants to successfully internationalize in foreign markets. In this session, the speaker showed how to attract financing to your company by developing a scalable project that generates a clear and achievable return on investment. Regarding the results obtained, it should be noted that 35 attendees participated and a score of 8'74 out of 10 was obtained.

Jacinto Llorca starred in the third session of INFEDA, with the title of 'Digital Society and Companies: How to be prepared'. In this talk, the main milestones of the digital transformation were analyzed, what the global client expects of us, the success trends and what tools the management of our time must master. The teacher showed attendees how to take advantage of the current moment and not be confused by passing fashions. This session had the participation of 47 people and a score of 9'10 out of 10.

The person in charge of closing the INFEDA program was Teresa Guillén, an expert in International Trade with more than 20 years of work experience in this sector. your conference 'International Negotiation: Countries and Gender' It focused on showing recommendations and tools to strengthen capacities for international negotiation from a gender and cultural perspective. A closure that was attended by 27 people and a score of 9'14 out of 10.

In short, an impact conference program that was very well received by businessmen and freelancers, since it allowed them to investigate and train in important aspects of innovation, internationalization and digitization.
