Frozen Campo Verde, San Andrés Fruits and Nougats, Vega Sotuélamos Cheeses and El Conchel Original Food have participated in this edition. Member companies of ADIEX and FEDA. The visit of the Castilian-La Mancha companies has been organized under the agreement of the Promotion Institute of Castilla La-Mancha IPEX with CECAM-CEOE CEPYME Castilla-La Mancha, and with the coordination of CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara. The fair SIAL Paris is, edition after edition, an unavoidable appointment for the companies belonging to our Association of Importers and Exporters of Albacete (ADIEX), integrated into the Confederation of Employers of Albacete (FEDA). This year, from October 15 to 19, several ADIEX member companies have participated in this important event in the agri-food sector. Four ADIEX companies have not missed the Parisian event to show the quality of our province's products. In SIAL Paris there have been representatives of Deep-frozen Campo Verde, Fruits and Nougat San Andrés, Quesos Vega Sotuelamos y El Conchel Original Food. This last company, precisely, took advantage of the occasion to meet again with its Ukrainian clients from Gastro&Wine Market. 
The COVID-19 pandemic paralyzed international fairs, but once a certain normality was recovered, these international events returned to the calendar of the different companies with force. And SIAL Paris was not going to be less, giving the opportunity to companies from Albacete to participate in this new edition, in a visit organized by the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX), thanks to its agreement with CECAM-CEOE CEPYME Castilla-La Mancha, and the coordination, in this case, of CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara. 
SIAL Paris has registered record numbers this year, with some 7.000 exhibitors and 127 exhibiting countries, which is why, according to figures from the organization, more than 400.000 different products have been shown. During the five days of the fair, some 265.000 professionals have passed through the venue, with more than 200 countries represented and more than 120 delegations. The United States, South Korea, Brazil, Canada and Argentina have been the countries with the greatest worldwide representation. The Organization of SIAL Paris does not stop and is already thinking about the next edition, scheduled from October 19 to 23, 2024.
