The seminar was conducted by Francisco Martinez consultant, teacher and coach. He participates in Business and Market Development, Innovation, Change Management and Organizational Improvement projects, and David Sánchez, financial consultant, purchasing and stock management. He collaborates in the development and execution of business improvement projects within the financial and purchasing fields, through the management, coordination and organization of both areas. The two are part of the technical direction of the FEDA Innovation Area y FEDA Investment support.
Within the seminar, a comparative decalogue was presented between public and/or private financing and subsidies, with practical and real examples, to determine what type of financing is appropriate for each project.
El FEDA International Area presented the Enterprise Europe Network and the service of Diagnosis of Innovation Management Improvement, available for companies associated with the Confederation, and a first step to measure the situation of the company in terms of resources, structure, processes and people.
According to the opinion of the attendees, including some companies that have been successful cases of the Confederation's services, they commented that the seminar fulfilled the main objective, which was for the company to learn the tools to define an optimal project management process. : idea, financing, team and investment profile.
Programs for internationalization
