Train people and organizations for the success of their processes, projects and entrepreneurship through the approach and application of Lean tools in uncertain, disruptive and unpredictable environments.
As a Lean trainer, he teaches classes at universities and business schools, as well as being a regular speaker at events focused on motivation and reflection.
