A key part of the workshop LEAN INNOVATION what did he teach Pablo Diaz-Massa, with great success, has to do with the effect of losses on business result, with a very simple dynamic with more than 20 attendees from various sectors (graphic arts, recycling, plastic, agri-food, metal, energy, online sales, etc.) and they reflected on the waste that affects business competitiveness.

7+1 waste

  1. Unnecessary movement within a process.
  2. Unnecessary movement between processes.
  3. Wait = unnecessary stop.
  4. reworks
  5. overprocessing
  6. People: Talent retention.
  7. Inventory
  8. Overproduction.

Waste: "Investing resources in something that no one values." The participating companies in a workshop format learned and practiced the "Value Stream Map".
