About Us
El CONCHEL company is founded by the middle of XX Century, in the heart of Sierra de Alcaraz and Campos de Montiel (Albacete) region, as a family run business. The location of its drying facilities over an altitude of 1000 meters, surrounded by mountains and healthy air, make of this location the ideal place for making handcrafted cold meats, made with recipes inherited for 4 generations and that today keep us faithful to the most authentic flavor, tradition and essence of our origins
