Scalable growth models in internationalization, under discussion in the IN-FEDA Program

New hit from “IN-FEDA, Impact Conferences” in the second session, with the collaboration of globalbox and the participation of CECAM e IPEX. The speaker, Jose Antonio Martinez Rubio, Business Innovation Coach of the European Commission, has highlighted, before a capacity of almost fifty companies, "that internationalization is everything, but not for everyone. Companies that want to bet on going abroad, leaving their area of ​​influence, looking for new markets and new strategic partners, have to be prepared”.

Martínez Rubio has presented real cases as examples to understand the challenges and the result of certain decisions in the international environment, referring to the business plan and encouraging the search for new markets for the product of each company, after studying them, "it is a very common risk –he said- launching without even knowing the market. We have to know if it is the most suitable for our product according to our business model”.

Likewise, he has said that companies are forced to look for new partners in other countries because traditional markets are shrinking more and more. At the same time, he has presented internationalization as a tool, “but not for everyone, nor is it compulsory. You can bet on it, but always ready from the start”.

Before the companies participating in this second session of IN-FEDA, Martínez Rubio has highlighted this type of actions that are organized from the Confederation and ADIEX, considering them a practical training and on-site knowledge of tools to put them in the day to day of your company.

The exposition of real cases has served as an example to understand the challenges and the result of certain decisions in the international environment, as well as the most common mistakes that companies make. The participants used the V2MOM method, vision, values, methods, obstacles and measures of success.

José Antonio Martínez Rubio, as an advisor to the EU, was accompanied in this session by María José Olmeda Buenafé, Globalcaja's international business manager, who highlighted the "Export your value" service of the financial institution and explained in detail the means international payment.

Digital society and international negotiation

This second session of IN-FEDA has been coordinated by Evelin R. Molano, head of Associations and Technical Consulting Areas at FEDA, in which internationalization. She was in charge of welcoming attendees, presented #IN-FEDA, the program of Impact Conferences 2019, summarized the collaboration projects with the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha, IPEX, and CECAM and, finally, he presented our success story, the company Hijos de José Sivó, from Caudete, within the services of the Enterprise Europe Network offered by FEDA as a node of this European network.

He ended by recalling the following two calls for these “Impact Conferences”. The third on May 24, "Digital society and companies: How to be prepared”; and on June 11, “International Negotiation: Countries and Gender".
